Drugged?
by Brandon Marx
A nasty lawsuit is shaping up in Las Vegas over the treatment Siegfried Fischbacher gave Roy Horn after his near-fatal tiger mauling.
The suit was filed by Horn's former bodyguard, Louis Mydlach. He's accusing Fischbacher, Horn's long-time partner, of retaliating against him when he tried to protect Horn - and of victimizing and keeping Horn drugged against Horn's will by giving him excess medication.
Fischbacher's lawyer called the lawsuit "false in all particulars" - and said Mydlach is trying to capitalize on Siegfried and Roy's fame and wealth.
Mydlach said he was wrongly fired after being subjected to emotional distress after Horn's injury during a show in October 2003. He seeks damages of at least $10,000.
