Saturday Night Showdown--

Auburn and Georgia renew the Deep South's Oldest Rivalry when the two teams meet Saturday in Athens. This will be the 109th meeting between the two teams, with Auburn holding a 52-48-8 edge in the series. It will also be the fifth time in the last six years that both teams will be nationally ranked entering the game.

Comments:
I hate to contradict a fellow blogger - especially one I am getting to know and like, but I must correct you on the following...

Richmond vs. William & Mary
"The South's Oldest Rivalry"
Series Record: William & Mary leads 59-50-5 (2004)
Trophy: The I-64 Bowl
Notes: This rivalry began in 1898; only Lafayette-Lehigh, Princeton-Yale, and Harvard-Yale have played more games. (Minnesota-Wisconsin is tied for fourth with this series.) This is almost always the last game of the regular season for both teams; for many years during the middle of the 20th century the game was played on Thanksgiving. The "I-64 Bowl" started in 1984.

But I am pulling for youall anyway... nothing better than college sports!

Spider, I should have clarified that with "in division 1-A".

Oh... rub it in huh! I keep forgetting the entire world doesn't revolve around 1-AA!
