UnJust!



Gary Wayne Carriker was convicted of felony reckless conduct for not disclosing he is HIV positive before engaging in private, consensual sex with another man.

Here in the red state of Georgia, a 26 year-old medical student will now spend 10 years in jail. I find that a bit harsh!

This guy should have received the full 10 years. To lie and say you are negative and have unprotected sex when in fact you are HIV + is criminal. There was intent to infect others in this case.
