It seems that the rest of the world is alot more progressive than the good ole' US of A with the religious right wing fanatics currently in power.

Yea - this was great news. I think there's only about 5 nations though that have outlawed sexual discrimination with regards to marriage - so it's not like we're way behind.

We're generally a tolerant and liberal people, Tonito - in a strong Democracy - eventually our laws and our government will reflect our values.
